To create leaders and inspire youth to create their own vision for a promising future. To have an effective Invest N’ Youth Educational/Leadership program in every state, city and country.

To teach youth to see beyond their reality by becoming intentional about their education, their thinking and their life; through leadership skills training, entrepreneurial exposure and character building exercises that instill a strong sense of self-awareness, service and character.

1. To give youth an alternative to school dropout, violence, truancy, drugs, gangs and unproductive thinking. 2. Improve the life and raise the thinking of every youth in a tangible way. 3. Instill a vision of success in the minds of youth and a mindset to continuously improve and lead oneself. 4. Have our youth become results-oriented by setting realistic goals and demonstrating the need to meet those commitments.

I am (your name) and I take this oath as a warrior and a leader in the Lord's Army. An oath of: truth, self-discipline, service, sacrifice, patience, hope and achievement.

My mind and body are created for greatness and I will walk in the light on the path designed to help me reach my excellence; I will see all problems on my path as stepping stones to elevate my mind. As a warrior I will not fear trials, challenges, pressures or problems, but I will bravely meet them face-to-face with the power of His might. I will accomplish this by putting on the whole armor of GOD. My loins will be girded about with truth. I will wear the breast plate of righteousness, my feet will shine with the preparation of the gospel of peace, Above all, I will have the sheild of faith, I will wear the helmet of salvation, and will continue to lift up the sword of the Spirit which is the word of GOD. For I am more than a conquere, I will be victorious and no weapon formed against me will prosper.
